Our restaurant, located in front of the hotel at Ponant, is at the end of the Grande Motte beach. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, it is a true haven of peace, just a few minutes from Montpellier. For the 2025 season, the opening dates are from Saturday, April 19 to Sunday, September 21.
